Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions about our laundry and dry cleaning services.
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Pickup and delivery are included in your order. For wash & fold, the $30 minimum payment covers pickup and up to 20 pounds; any extra weight is weighed after pickup and paid at delivery. Dry cleaning is priced separately per item.
How does wash & fold pricing work?
For every wash & fold pickup, $30 covers pickup and the first 20 pounds. After we weigh your laundry, only weight above 20 pounds is charged extra: $1.50 per additional lb for recurring pickups (weekly or every 2 weeks), or $1.75 per additional lb for one-time pickups. Any additional balance is paid at delivery. At 20 pounds or less, there is no additional weight charge.
What does the $30 minimum cover? Could I owe more?
For wash & fold, your initial $30 payment covers pickup and up to 20 pounds of laundry. If your laundry weighs 20 pounds or less, there is no additional weight charge. We weigh your laundry after pickup; any weight over 20 pounds has an additional charge, paid at delivery. Dry cleaning is priced separately per item.
How much does dry cleaning cost?
Dry cleaning is priced per item, based on the garment. Call (201) 344-0854 for a quote before booking.
Which areas do you serve?
Union City, West New York, Weehawken, North Bergen, Guttenberg, Hoboken, Jersey City Heights, Englewood, Newark and Secaucus. Outside these areas? Send a request with your ZIP and we will let you know.
How long does dry cleaning take?
Dry cleaning is ready in 2 to 3 days, and we can pick it up and deliver it back.
Do I need a contract?
No. There are no contracts. You pay per order.
How do I schedule a pickup?
Fill out the pickup form on this page or call (201) 344-0854. We will call or text you to confirm your pickup time.
